2. Return Window & Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Items not eligible for return include:

Digital gift cards

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Items returned without proof of purchase

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases:

If the item is not in its original state

If it is missing parts or shows signs of tampering (not caused by our team)

If the return is initiated beyond the 30-day period

3. Refunds & Product Restrictions

For some of our NAD+ products, due to the nature —which require temperature control and sterile handling—we cannot accept returns on items once shipped. This policy is in place to protect all customers and maintain product integrity.

Key reasons:

Cold-chain integrity: NAD+ products must remain refrigerated. Once dispatched, returns cannot guarantee stable conditions.

Safety standards: Even unopened returned items cannot be verified for handling/storage compliance.

Medical-grade protocols: While not prescription-only, our products are produced under strict quality control to meet high health and safety standards.

We strongly advise reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase. Double-check shipping addresses, selected products, and quantities.

5. Return Shipping Instructions

If a return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.

NADcare is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
